The Certificate of Use Inspection (CU Inspection) for Foreclosures in unincorporated areas of Miami Dade County and City of Doral, includes the preparation of a Miami Dade-City of Doral Disclosure of Findings Report, which identifies Building Code Violations and Zoning Violations for such properties and contains a good faith estimate of the cost to remedy any deficiencies. This report must be completed by an architect or Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida. The Miami Dade-City of Doral Certificate of Use Inspection (CU Inspection) process can be briefly described as follows:
